Together Everyone Achieves More

Governors

Every school has its own governing body, which plays an important part in the strategic management (as opposed to the day-to-day management) of the school.

Our governing body, like all others, is made up of a cross-section of the community and includes parent representatives.  The full governing body meets twice a term.  The two sub committees – Teaching & Learning and Resources, meet once a term.

Minutes of our governing body meetings are available for public inspection on request. Please contact the school office.

Each governor has a ‘link’ area within the school which they take responsibility for, e.g. Literacy; Maths; Inclusion and Safeguarding.
